What each EV manufacturer actually runs differs more than it looks. Tesla and Lucid have real peer-to-peer referral programs — a link anyone can use, at no cost. Polestar, Hyundai, and Kia don't run a public referral program at all; what they offer instead is an owner-loyalty bonus, administered per dealer rather than by a shareable link. Below is a working Tesla referral tool, then the facts on the rest.
The one program here with a real, shareable link.

Published automatically, no waiting on us. Note: submissions are not individually verified — we can't confirm a code is active or belongs to whoever submits it, so use your own judgment same as with any user-submitted link.
Disclosure: these are personal Tesla referral links, including ours and reader-submitted ones. Using one costs you nothing and may qualify you for the perks Tesla lists on its own referral page; it may also earn whoever owns that code referral rewards from Tesla. Clear Auto Choice does not verify that a submitted code is active or that it belongs to the person who submitted it.
None of these three run a public peer-referral link the way Tesla and Lucid do, so there's no code to add here — just what each one actually offers and where to confirm it. Terms below change often and vary by dealer, region, and model; verify the current number before you shop.
Both the current Lucid owner and the new buyer each get 2,000 points in the Lucid Rewards Store — good for accessories, merchandise, and experiences (a home charging station runs about 8,900 points), never cash. Points expire two years after they're issued, and an owner can use referrals for up to four buyers a year. Eligible on Air Pure, Touring, and Grand Touring, and on Gravity Touring and Grand Touring; the Air Sapphire and Gravity Dream Edition don't qualify, and the program isn't offered in Ohio or Virginia.
We don't have a Lucid referral link of our own to share — a current owner has to generate one from their account.
See Lucid's referral program →Polestar's is a loyalty incentive, not a peer link: a current or former Polestar owner (or someone in their household) gets a $4,000 Loyalty Bonus toward a new Polestar 3 or 4 lease or purchase. It can't be combined with Polestar's separate conquest offer for buyers coming from another brand — if you don't already own a Polestar, ask about that offer instead.
See Polestar's current offers →No public referral link. Instead, a current Hyundai owner gets a "Valued Owner" loyalty rebate toward their next new Hyundai, set per model and per dealer — recent examples we found ranged from around $500 on mainstream models up to $1,500 on Genesis/Equus. Ask a local Hyundai dealer for the current amount on the model you want.
See Hyundai's current offers →Same story as Hyundai: no referral link, but a current Kia owner can get "Owner Loyalty Cash" toward a new Kia. It's set per model and per month — as one example, Kia offered $750 in owner loyalty cash toward a new Telluride in September 2026. Confirm the current amount for your model with a local Kia dealer.
